People of the Earth sent a diplomatic Tornado submarine underwater city of Atlantis to the negotiations before the end of the war. The submarine was carrying the leaders of the Earth. When diplomatic submarine arrived, they realized that they were betrayed. The people of Atlantis did not call them to negotiate for peace, but to destroy their leaders. They started to attack Tornado with everything they have. With Tornado diplomatic submarine, it does not have any heavy weapons to protect themselves.
